RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE ALLEY IN BLOCK 159 JOHN BARROW'S ADDITION TO THE
CITY'rOF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 214 days pf February,
1973, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the
alley in Block 159, of JOHN BARROW'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, as designated in Plat Book 1 page 55, in the office
of the Recorder of Pulp ski County, Arki sas , subject, however, to
any public utility easements located in said alley.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o' clock
P . M. , on the 15th day of May 1973.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hexing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week
for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and having gneral circulation in the City of LittleRock.
