A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE ELECTRICAL EXAMINING
BOARD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The following persons are hereby appointed as members of
the Electrical Examining Board for the City of Little Rock:
Mr. Lawrence McKellips (Master Electrician)
Mr. Ben Johnson (Journeyman Electrician)
Mr. Jay Lucas (Engineer)
Mr. W. H. Bowman (Contractor)
Mr. J. S. Davis
SECTION 2. In compliance with Section 12-7 of the Code of Ordinances
the appointees identified in Section 1 hereof shall serve staggering terms to
be determined by lot at the first meeting of said Board in accordance with the
following schedule:
a) One member for a one year term.
b) Two members for two year terms.
c) Two members for three year terms.
Thereafter all terms shall be for three years and until their successors are
nominated and qualified.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
