A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION
DEED FROM CLYDE SMITHWICK AND EARNEST L.
BAILEY , JR. FOR A STRIP OF LAND TO BE
USED FOR STREET AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . The City of Little Rock , Arkansas does hereby
accept a Dedication Deed from Clyde Smithwick and Earnest L.
Bailey, Jr. to a strip of land to be used for purposes of a
public street and for the installation and maintenance of
public utilities , which strip of land is described as follows :
A triangle of land located in the northwest
corner of Section "D" Pennbrook Subdivision
in the WZ WZ Section 2 , T-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas , more particularly described
as being bounded on the East by the West
Right-of-way line of Barrow Raod, on the West by
the East right-of-way line of a future street
as indicated on the recorded plat , and on the North
by the North line of the said Section "D" , Penn-
brook Subdivision.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
