A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATES FOR
LIMOUSINE SERVICE TO AND FROM THE
LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT : AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The following is established as the maximum
rate per passenger for limousine service originating or ter-
minating at the Little Rock Municipal Airport Terminal :
a) $1. 50 per passenger within the area of the City
of Little Rock bounded by Gaines Street on the
West, the Arkansas River on the North , Airport
Drive and East Tenth Street extended on the East
and Roosevelt Road on the South.
b) . 50 per passenger per mile in addition to the basic
rate provided in subsection "a" hereof for trips
originating or terminating outside the area described
in subsection "a" with mileage being measured one way
from the point of origination or destination to the
closest accessible point on the perimeter of the area
described in subsection "a" hereof.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
