A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE PARKING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, LITTLE ROCK
MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY AND CAMELOT
INN-LITTLE ROCK, INC. ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk, acting for and on
behalf of the City of Little Rock are hereby authorized to
execute a First Supplemental Agreement to Parking Lease Agree-
ment between the City of Little Rock and the Little Rock
Municipal Parking Authority , as Lessor, and Camelot Inn-Little
Rock, Inc. , as Lessee, which said Supplemental Agreement shall
be in form and substance as follows :
FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
TO PARKING LEASE AGREEMENT
BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AND
THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY,
HEREIN COLLECTIVELY CALLED "CITY"
AND
CAMELOT INN - LITTLE ROCK, INC.
This First Supplemental Agreement to Parking Lease Agree-
ment by and between the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and the
Little Rock Municipal Parking Authority, herein collectively
called "City" and Camelot Inn - Little Rock, Inc. , herein
called "Camelot",
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, the parties hereto entered into a Parking Lease
Agreement dated February 17 , 1971 (herein referred to as "the
Lease") wherein Camelot leased from City 205 parking spaces
in an off-street parking facility constructed in conjunction
with the Convention Center Complex adjacent to and together
with the Robinson Auditorium in the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas and was granted together therewith certain rights ,
licenses and privileges; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to provide the 205 parking
spaces leased to Camelot at locations throughout the parking
deck instead of providing the spaces in a fixed area as con-
templated by the Lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties do hereby agree that that
certain Lease Agreement between the parties dated February
17, 1971 be and the same is hereby supplemented and modified.

The 205 parking spaces herein leased to Camelot shall be
provided at various locations in the parking deck and be used
in such a manner as are set out in the operating agreement
promulgated pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 of the
Lease.

II
Except to the extent and where this supplement and modifi-
cation provides to the contrary, all and each of the original
Lease of the parties dated February 17, 1971 shall remain in
full force and effect and be binding upon the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Camelot have caused these
presents to be signed and sealed this 20th day of February ,
1973, in five counterparts.

The foregoing First Supplemental Agreement by and between
the City of Little Rock , Arkansas and the Little Rock Municipal
Parking Authority, therein collectively called "City" and
Camelot Inn - Little Rock , Inc. , therein called "Camelot" is

of Little Rock , Arkansas , acting in its own behalf and for and
on behalf of all other parties contractually interested in said
Lease Agreement for whatsoever purpose .

The foregoing First Supplemental Agreement by and between
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and the Little Rock Municipal
Parking Authority, therein collectively called "City" and

in its own behalf and for and on behalf of all other parties
contractually interested in said Lease Agreement for whatsoever
