HomeMy WebLinkAbout4926 RESOLUTION NO. 4,926 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEEDS FROM CERTAIN GRANTORS CONVEYING PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN PULASKI COUNTY FOR USE BY MODEL CITIES SECOND YEAR DRAINAGE PROJECT ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS . SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts Easement Deeds from the following designated Grantors to the property described and set opposite their names conveying permanent ease- ments over and upon the said described properties : OWNER OF RECORD DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT Wayne W. & Fern H.
