A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION
NO. 4 , 849 ADOPTED AUGUST 1 , 1972 , FIXING FEES
AT THE WALKER TENNIS CENTER COURTS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . Section 2 of Resolution No. 4 , 849 adopted
August 1 , 1972 , pertaining to fees for use of the Walker
Tennis Center Courts is hereby amended to read as follows :
a) $0 . 50 per person per hour for day play
b) $0 . 75 per person per hour for night play
c) Individual and Family Season Fees for day play only :
1. Individual season membership fee $ 75 . 00
2 . Man and wife season fee 100 . 00
d) Individual and Family Season Fees for day and/or
night play :
1. Individual season membership fee $100. 00
2. Man and wife season fee $135 . 00
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
