RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE STREET IN BLOCKS 42 AND
43 , SANTA FE PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , on the 10th
day of October, 1972 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon all of the street in Blocks 42 and 43 of Santa Fe
Park Addition to the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , as designated
on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat
Book 1 at Page 164 , in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas , subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said street .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7:30 o' clock P.M. , on the 19th day of December , 1972 .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County , Arkansas , and having general circulation
in the City of Little Rock.
