HomeMy WebLinkAbout4900 RESOLUTION NO. 4,900 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF AN ALLEY RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH THROUGH THE SOUTH 1$4 FEET OF BLOCK 3 , UNION DEPOT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. dHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Di- rectors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 10th day of October , 19 72 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon a portion of the alley in Block 2, of Union Depot Ad- dition to the City of Little Hock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 1 , Page 7 , in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said alley. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE HOCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o' clock P.M. , on the 19th day of December 19 72 SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publica- tion once a week for two ( 2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper pub- lished in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
