A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE HOUSING BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS AND TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Mr. I. S. McClinton, whose present term on the Housing
Board of Adjustment and Appeals expired August 1, 1972, is hereby reappointed
as commissioner for a three year term. This said term will expire July 31,
1975.
SECTION 2. Mr. W. J. McCullom is hereby appointed to a three year
term as commissioner on the Little Rock Planning Commission. Said appointment
will expire November 1, 1975.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
