A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WITHDRAWAL OF
THE SOUTH LITTLE ROCK COMMUNITY RECREATIONAL
CENTER NEIGHBORHOOD FACILITIES GRANT APPLI-
CATION AND AUTHORIZING THE REAPPLICATION FOR
SUCH GRANT UNDER OPEN-SPACE LAND REGULATIONS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager, acting for and on behalf of
the City of Little Rock is hereby authorized to withdraw the
grant application of the City of Little Rock heretofore filed
in the Federal office of the Housing and Urban Development for
the South Little Rock Community Recreational Center and reapply
under the open-space land regulations of the Housing and Urban
Development.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
