A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK WITH HERMITAGE HOME SITE SUBURBAN IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT #216 AUTHORIZING THE SAID DISTRICT
TO CONNECT WITH THE LITTLE ROCK PORT SEWER
SYSTEM FOR A CONSIDERATION OF $15 , 015 . 00, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , the Little Rock Port Authority has negotiated
an agreement with Hermitage Home Site Suburban Improvement District
#216 whereby said District will be connected with the Sanitary
Sewer System constructed by the City of Little Rock serving the
Little Rock Port Industrial Park and adjacent lands for a considera-
tion of the sum of Fifteen Thousand Fifteen Dollars ($15 , 015. 00)
to be paid to the City of Little Rock.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1 . The Mayor of the City of Little Rock is here-
by authorized to execute and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
thereto a Sewer Connection Agreement entered into on behalf of the
Little Rock Port Authority and Hermitage Home Site Suburban Improve-
ment District #216 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
