A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE PROVISIONS OF
THE MASTER STREET PLAN AND AUTHORIZING
THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR
LOT 43 GARDEN HOMES ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The provisions of the Master Street Plan as
provided for in Ordinance No. 12 ,044 are hereby waived as
pertains to Lot 43 of Garden Homes Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas , and the responsible department and
personnel of the City of Little Rock are hereby authorized
to issue a building permit for improvements upon said
property.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
