A RESOLUTION REPROGRAMMING AND REALLOCATING
MODEL CITIES FIRST AND SECOND YEAR ACTION
FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand ($25 ,000 . 00)
Dollars heretofore allocated for "Economic Development" in
the Model Cities ' first year development program is hereby
reprogrammed and reallocated from Economic Development for
said year to "First Year Drainage" in the model area.
SECTION 2 . The sums of Thirteen Thousand ($13 , 000 . 00)
dollars and Twelve Thousand ($12 ,000 . 00) dollars heretofore
allocated to "Citizen Participation" and "Project Evaluation"
respectively, for Model Cities Second Year Action is hereby
reprogrammed and reallocated from said projects to "Second
Year Local Development Company Project" within Model Cities .
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
