A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION DEED FROM
WINROCK HOMES, INC. FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY TO
BE USED FOR PARKS AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts a Donation
Deed from Winrock Homes , Inc. to the following described real
property to be used for the purposes of parks and recreation,
said lands lying and being situate in the County of Pulaski ,
State of Arkansas , to-wit;
Tract A:
A tract of land in Walton Heights Addition
to the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , more par-
ticularly described as follows :
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the North-
west Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW4 NW4) ,
Section 22 , Township 2 North, Range 13 West , Pulaski
County, Arkansas ; thence S01° 30 ' E 474. 19 feet ,
plus or minus , to the North boundary of Lot 35 ,
Block 6 , Walton Heights Addition ;
Thence in a northwesterly direction along
the northern boundary of Lots 2 through 35 , inclusive ,
of said Block 6 to the intersection of said North
boundary and the North boundary of Lot 1 , Block 4 ,
Walton Heights Addition;
Thence continuing in a northwesterly direction
along the North boundary of Lots 1 through 53 ,
inclusive , of said Block 4 , to the intersection of
said North boundary and the South boundary of Lot 1,
Block 3 , Walton Heights Addition; thence in a south-
easterly direction along the South boundary of Lots 1
through 82 , inclusive , of said Block 3 , to the South-
east corner of said Lot 82 ;
Thence S 01° 16 ' E , 48. 15 feet to an iron pin;
thence S 89° 14 ' W 1340 . 55 feet to the point of
beginning;

Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter (SW4 SE4) , Section 17 , Township 2 North,
Range 13 West , Pulaski County, Arkansas , more
particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the South
line of said Section 17 and the South line of Lot
26 , Block 2 , Walton Heights; thence S 89° 47 ' W
and along the said South line of Section 17 , 240 . 86
feet to a stone monument;
Thence N 89° 36 ' W and along the said South
line of Section 17 , 480 . 98 feet to an iron pin;
thence N 000 05 ' W 426 . 7 feet to a point on the rear
line of Lot 18 , Block 2 , Walton Heights;
Thence southeasterly and along the rear lines
of Lots 18 through 26 inclusive, Block 2 , Walton
Heights , to its intersection with the South line
of said Section 17;
Containing 3. 5 acres , more or less .

A tract of land in Walton Heights Addition to
the City of Little Rock, more particularly described
as follows :
From the Southwest corner of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter ( NE4 SW4) , Section
17 , Township 2 North, Range 13 West , Pulaski County,
Arkansas; thence N 89° 53 ' E and along the rear
lines of Lots 2 and 3 , Block 2 Walton Heights ,
326 . 0 feet;
Thence S 02° 09 ' 40" W 37 . 2 feet to the point
of beginning; thence in a southeasterly direction
along the South boundary line of a portion of Lot 3
and along the South boundary of Lots 4 through 14 ,
inclusive , of Block 2 , Walton Heights Addition,
1605 feet , more or less , to the Northwest corner
of Lot 17 , Block 2 ;
Thence S 00° 05 ' E 115 . 1 feet, plus or minus,
to a point ; thence S 89° 04 ' W 1196 . 93 feet to a
point; thence N 02° 09 ' 40" E 534. 76 feet to a

SECTION 2 . It is understood that in the event circumstances
should arise which would require an amendment to the Plat and
Bill of Assurance covering Walton Heights Addition, the City
of Little Rock will join with Winrock Homes , Inc. , in the exe-
cution of such instrument or instruments as may be necessary to
effectuate such amendment, provided such amendment or amendments
have been approved by the Planning Commission of the City of
Little Rock,

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
