RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 02 THE:, CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE STREETS LOCATED IN A NINE
ACRE SQUARE TRACT IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE
SOUTHWEST QUARTER (S ) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER
(SE4) OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST
NOW PART OF SECTION D OF SHERATON PARK ADuITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Direc-
tors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 7th day of
September, 1972, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon the streets and utility easements dedicated by the
deeds of record in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, in Book 1016, at Page 269, as corrected by the deed of
record in Book 1139, at Page 489.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall, at 7: 30
o' clock P.M. , on the 17th day of October, 1972.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
