RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE ALLEYS IN BLOCK THREE (3)
AND FOUR (4) , MAYFAIR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 21st day of August, 1972, asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon all of the alleys in Blocks Three (3) and Four (4)
of Mayfair Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the
plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book (1) , Page 242, in the
Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any pub-
lic utility easements located in said alleys.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M. , on the 17th day of
October , 1972.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing
in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive
weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general cir-
culation in the City of Little Rock.
