RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE
OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION
OF PARK AVENUE AND A PORTION OF AN UNNAMED 10
FOOT ALLEY, LYING BETWEEN LOTS 10 AND 11 AND
AND LOTS 1, 2 AND 3 ALL IN BLOCK 3, PLUNKETT ' S
SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 20th day of July, 1972,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the
street in Block 1 of Capitol View Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and a portion of an unnamed 10 foot alley in Block 3 of
Plunkett ' s Second Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
designated on the Plat of said Addition now appearing of record in
Deed Book 76 at Page 475 , and Deed Book 39 at Page 432, respectively,
in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject,
however, to any public utility easements located in said street and
alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o ' clock
P.M. , on the 17th day of October , 1972 .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a
week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City

of Little Rock.
