WHEREAS, the Department of Pollution Control and Ecology of the
State of Arkansas (the "Department") duly advertised by publication in The
Bond Buyer, the Arkansas Gazette and the Arkansas Democrat, and now has
under consideration the sale of $1 ,421 ,000 Department of Pollution Control
and Ecology of the State of Arkansas Pollution Control Revenue Bonds , dated
June 1 , 1972 (the "bonds"); and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, the Department, the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee
and the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, have received and considered the bids;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1 . That the bid of Rauscher Pierce Securities Corporation,
Powell & Satterfield, Inc. and W. H. Satterfield & Company, Inc. for the bonds
is hereby found and declared to be the best bid, and the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby recommends to the Department that the bid be
accepted, subject to the terms and conditions of the Notice of Sale of the bonds.
UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED this 13th day of September, 1972 .
