A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO RETAIN THE FIRM OF COMPTON & TURNER AS
ARCHITECTS FOR THE PLANNING AND DESIGN OF
A RELOCATABLE BUILDING FOR PETTAWAY PARK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , a relocatable building is needed and necessary
for Pettaway Park and an Architect is needed to plan and
design such building.
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to employ the firm of Compton & Turner, Architects ,
to design and plan a relocatable building for Pettaway Park.
Funds for the Project have been budgeted in the Model Cities
Third Year Project.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
