A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING P. L. PRYOR, MANAGER OF
THE LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM, TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE OPERATION OF
SAID DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
has heretofore authorized T. W. Clapham, Manager of the Little Rock Sanitary
Sewer System, to execute documents in connection with operation of the
system, and
WHEREAS, the said T. W. Clapham has now retired, and P. L. Porter has
replaced him as manager of the system.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that P. L. Pryor, Manager of the
Little Rock Sanitary Sewer System, be and he is hereby authorized to exe-
cute on behalf of the city, all documents necessary in the operation of the
Sewer System including, but not limited to, papers necessary to complete
the present expansion plan being financed by the United States of America,
and the State of Arkansas.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
