A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEED AND THE CITY CLERK TO ATTEST SAME TO CONVEY
CERTAIN PROPERTIES TO THEO A. DILLAHA, SR0 , THEO
A. DILLAHA, JR. , AND DAPHNE D. THOMPSON AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES °
WHEREAS , the Little Rock Port Authority pursuant to
authority granted to it has accepted an offer of Theo A. Dillaha,
Sr. , Theo A. Dillaha, Jr. , and Daphne D. Thompson to sell to said
persons a plot of land containing 2 . 7 acres more or less for the
consideration of Twenty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars
($21,780. 00) cash. Said plot is identified as Tract A, Area 201,
Little Rock Port Industrial Park, and more particularly described
as follows :
A parcel of land located in the Northern half of
the SEA of Section 17 , Township 1 North, Range 11
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas , more particularly
described as follows :
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 17 ,
Township 1 North, Range 11 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas ; thence N1°33 ' 49"E, 929 . 80 feet along the
East line of Section 17 to a point; thence N89°47 '
08"W, 242 . 14 feet to a point; thence N0°12 ' 52"E,
956. 13 feet to a point on the North right-of-way
line of Lindsey Road, also known as Federal Aid Second-
ary Route 1484 ; thence N89°47 ' 08"W, 828. 82 feet
along said North right-of-way line to the point of
beginning; thence continuing from the point of be-
ginning along the said North right-of-way line
N89°47 ' 08"W, 207 . 97 feet to a point; thence continu-
ing along the North right-of-way line N84°53 ' 02"W,
117. 03 feet to a point; thence continuing along
said right-of-way line N87°17 ' 02"W, 75 feet ,1- to
the intersection of said right-of-way line and the
Centerline of Fourche Bayou thence following and
binding on the meanders of the Centerline of Fourche
Bayou in a Northeasterly direction approximately
420 feet to the intersection of the Centerline of
Fourche Bayou and the South right-of-way line of the
Little Rock Port Railroad Spur; thence S89°49 ' 08"E,
80 + feet along the South right-of-way line to a
point on the said right-of-way line; thence continu-
ing along said right-of-way line NO°10 ' 52"E 20. 0
feet to a point; thence continuing along said right-

thence S0 012 ' 52"W, 396 .77 feet to the point of begin-
ning. Said parcel contains 2 .7 acres more or less .

WHEREAS , the Little Rock Port Authority pursuant to
authority granted to it has accepted an offer of Theo A. Dillaha,
Sr. , Theo A. Dillaha, Jr. , and Daphne D . Thompson to sell to them
a plot of land containing 3 . 00 acres more or less for the considera-
tion of Twenty-Four Thousand Dollars ($24 , 000. 00) . Said plot is
identified as Tract B, Area 201 , which is more particularly described
as follows:
A parcel of land located in the NE; , SEa of Section
17 , Township 1 North, Range 11 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas , more particularly described as follows :
Commencing at the SE corner of Section 17 , Township
1 North, Range 11 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas ;
thence Nl°33 ' 49"E, 929. 80 feet along the East line
of Section 17 to a point; thence N89°47 ' 08"W, 242. 14
feet to a point; thence N0°12 ' 52"E, 956 . 13 feet to a
point on the North right-of-way line of Lindsey Road
also known as Federal Aid Secondary Route 1484 ; thence
N89°47 ' 08"W, 499. 47 feet along said North right-of-way
line to a point of beginning; thence continue along
said North right-of-way line N89°47 ' 08"W, 329 . 35 feet
to a point; thence N0°12 ' 52"E , 396.77 feet to a point
on the South right-of-way line of the Little Rock Port
Railroad Spur , thence S89°49 ' 08"E , 329. 35 feet along
the South right-of-way line of the Little Rock Port
Railroad Spur to a point thence S0°12 ' 52"W, 396 .96
feet to the point of beginning. Parcel contains 3. 00
acres more or less .
and,
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
hereby approves the sale of the above described properties to Theo
A. Dillaha, Sr. , Theo A. Dillaha, Jr. , and Daphne D. Thompson, for
the consideration aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas ,
is hereby authorized to execute a Deed in the form and substance as
attached hereto and the City Clerk is directed to attest the same
conveying the described lands to Theo A. Dillaha, Sr. , Theo A. Dillaha,
Jr. , and Daphne D. Thompson.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.

WARRANTY DEED

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
WHEREAS , the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 5th
day of July , 1972 , by Resolution No. 4,828 , authorized and
directed the Mayor, together with the City Clerk, to convey to Theo
A. Dillaha, Sr. , Theo A. Dillaha, Jr. , and Daphne D. Thompson
property in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , hereinafter described:
NOW, THEREFORE, we George E. Wimberly and Jane Czech,
Mayor and City Clerk, respectively, of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas , a municipal corporation, organized, chartered and existing
under authority of the laws of the State of Arkansas , for and in
consideration of the sum of Forty-five Thousand, Seven Hundred
Eighty Dollars ($45 , 780 . 00) cash in hand paid, and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
acting for and in behalf of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , do
hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto Theo A. Dillaha, Sr. ,
Theo A. Dillaha, Jr. , and Daphne D. Thompson, forever, the following
lands lying in the City of Little Rock, County of Pulaski , State of
Arkansas , to-wit :
TRACT A.
A parcel of land located in the Northern half of the

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Theo A. Dillaha,
Sr. , Theo A. Dillaha, Jr. , and Daphne D. Thompson and unto their
heirs and assigns forever , together with all and singular the tene-
ments , appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining.
And, Grantor hereby covenants with the said Theo A. Dillaha,
Sr. , Theo A. Dillaha, Jr. , and Daphne D. Thompson, that it will for-
ever warrant and defend the title to the above described lands and
property against any and all claims and encumbrances whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a
municipal corporation, has caused these presents to be signed by its
Mayor and its Clerk and its corporate seal to be hereby affixed, all
in accordance with and pursuant to a Resolution of its Board of
Directors , duly and regularly adopted, a copy of which is hereto
attached and made a part hereof, this 10th day of July , 1972.

going Deed pursuant to provisions of Resolution No. 4,828
for the consideration and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
