A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A
GRANT CONTRACT FOR FUNDS TO PROVIDE A NARCOTICS
CONTROL UNIT IN THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute an acceptance agreement and/or documents for grant
funds from the Arkansas Commission on Crime and Law Enforce-
ment to provide a Narcotics Control Unit in the Little Rock
Police Department. The project number for this Grant is
No. 71-912 . The total project is in the amount of $76 , 748.00
of which the sum of $ 19,187. 00 represents local matching funds
and the sum of $ 57,561.00 representing grant funds .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
