A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CHICAGO, ROCK ISLAND
AND PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY A TWO YEAR EXTENSION
OF THE FRANCHISE GRANTED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO.
7 ,015 ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway
Company is hereby granted an extension of two years from the
effective date of this Resolution of the franchise granted
by the City of Little Rock to construct , operate and maintain
spur tracks across certain street right-of-ways pursuant to
the provisions of Ordinance No. 7 ,015 passed June 3 , 1946 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
