A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED
FROM FINIS B. PIERCE AND ZELMA P. PIERCE ,
HIS WIFE , FOR THE PURPOSE OF A PUBLIC
STREET AND INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
OF PUBLIC UTILITIES ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock , Arkansas hereby accepts
a Dedication Deed from Finis B. Pierce and Zelma P. Pierce , his
wife , to the following described real property to be used for the
purpose of a public street and the installation and maintenance of
public utilities , said lands lying and being situate in the County
of Pulaski , State of Arkansas , to-wit :
A parcel of land located in the NE corner of
Lot 33 , Plaza Terrace Addition , in the city
of Little Rock , Pulaski County , Arkansas , being
more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the NE corner of said lot thence
S 11. 75 feet thence NW to a point on the N line
of said lot that is 11. 75 feet W of the point
of beginning.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
