A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED AND THE CITY
CLERK TO ATTEST SAME CONVEYING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE DILLAHA
COMPANY, INC., AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4,678 ADOPTED OCTOBER 19,
1971, AS TO THE DESCRIPTION OF PART OF THE SAID PROPERTIES AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Port Authority pursuant to authority granted to it
has accepted an offer of The Dillaha Company, Inc., to sell to said company a plot of
land containing 2.7 acres more or less for the consideration of Twenty-One Thousand
Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars ($21,780.00) cash, Said plot is identified as Tract A,
Area 201, Little Rock Port Industrial Park, and more particularly described as follows:,
A parcel of land located in the Northern Half of the SEA of
Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 11 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Section 17, Township 1
North, Range 11 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence N1°33'49"E,
929,80 feet along the East line of Section 17 to a point; thence
N89°47'08"W, 242.14 feet to a point; thence NO°12'52"E, 956,13 feet
to a point on the North right-of-way line of Lindsey Road, also known
as Federal Aid Secondary Route 1484; thence N89°47`08"W, 828,82 feet
along said North right-of-way line to the point of beginning; thence
continuing from the point of beginning along the said North right-of-
way line N89°47'08"W, 207.97 feet to a point; thence continuing along
the North right-of-way line N84°53'02"W, 117.03 feet to a point; thence
continuing along said right-of-way line N87°17'02"W, 75 feet + to the
intersection of said right-of-way line and the Centerline of Fourche
Bayou thence following the binding on the Meanders of the Centerline of
Fourche Bayou in a Northeasterly direction approximately 420 feet to
the intersection of the Centerline of Fourche Bayou and the South
right-of-way line of the Little Rock Port Railroad Spur; thence
S89°49'08"E, 80 + feet along the South right-of-way line to a point
on said right-of-way line; thence continuing along said right-of-way
line NO°10'52"E, 20,0 feet to a point; thence continuing along said
right-of-way line S 89°49'08"E, 111,98 feet to a point; thence
SO°12'52"W, 396,77 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel
contains 2.7 acres more or less,.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No, 4,678 adopted October 19, 1971, the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock approved the sale of another tract of land to The Dillaha
Company, Inc. , for a consideration of Twenty-four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00) cash,
which tract was identified as Tract B, Area 202 and whereas subsequent to October 19,

1971, the number of the tracts of the Little Rock Port Industrial District have been
changed and the tract of land is now described as Tract B, Area 201, and more
particularly described as follows:
A Parcel of land located in the NEB, SEA of Section 17,
Township 1 North, Range 11 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the SE corner of Section 17, Townshig 1 North,
Range 11 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence N1 33'49"E,
929.80 feet along the East line of Section 17 to a point; thence
N89°47'08"W, 242.14 feet to a point; thence N0°12'52"E, 956.13
feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of Lindsey Road,
also known as Federal Aid Secondary Route 1484; thence N89°47108"W,
499.47 feet along said North right-of-way line to a point of beginning;
thence continue along said North right-of-way line N89°47'08"W, 329.35
feet to a point; thence N0°12'52"E, 396.77 feet to a point on the South
right-of-way line of the Little Rock Port Railroad Spur, thence S 89°
49'08"E, 329.35 feet along the South right-of-way line of the Little
Rock Port Railroad Spur to a point; thence S0°12'52"W, 396.96 feet to
the point of beginning. Parcel contains 3.00 acres more or less;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock hereby approved the
sale of the above described properties to The Dillaha Company, Inc. , for the
consideration aforesaid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby authorized
to execute a Deed in the form and substance as attached hereto and the City Clerk
is directed to attest the same conveying the described land to The Dillaha Company,
Inc.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
WHEREAS , the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 20 th
day of June _ , 1972 , by Resolution No. 4, g/7 , authorized
and directed the Mayor , together with the City Clerk , to convey to
The Dillaha Company, Inc. , property in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas , hereinafter described:
NOW, THEREFORE, we George E. Wimberly and Jane Czech,
Mayor and City Clerk, respectively,of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas ,
a municipal corporation , organized, chartered and existing under
authority of the laws of the State of Arkansas , for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Forty-five Thousand, Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars
($45 ,780 . 00) cash in hand paid, and other good and valuable considera-
tion , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, acting for and in
behalf of the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , do hereby grant, bargain,
sell , and convey unto The Dillaha Company, Inc. , forever, the fol-
lowing lands lying in the City of Little Rock, County of Pulaski ,
State of Arkansas , to-wit:
TRACT A.

Company, Inc. , and unto its successors and assigns forever, to-
gether with all and singular the tenements , appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
And, Grantor hereby covenants with the siad Dillaha
Company, Inc. , that it will forever warrant and defend the title
to the above described lands and property against any and all claims
and encumbrances whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , a
municipal corporation, has caused these presents to be signed by its
Mayor and its Clerk and its corporate seal to be hereby affixed, all
in accordance with and pursuant to a Resolution of its Board of
Directors , auly and regularly adopted: a copy of which is hereto
attached and made a part hereof , this day of _ , 1972.
