RESOLUTION NO. 4,804
RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT
TO THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE HIGH STREET URBAN
RENEWAL PROJECT, ARK R-6
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereinafter called
the "City," has entered into a Cooperation Agreement, dated November 21,
1960, as amended September 17, 1963, with the Housing Authority of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereinafter called the "Authority,"
dealing with certain activities necessary for the execution of an
Urban Renewal project in an area of the City known as the High Street
Urban Renewal Project, ARK R-6; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the execution of said Cooperation Agreement,
the Authority has submitted an Amendatory Application for Loan and
Capital Grant for said project; and
WHEREAS, because of said application, it will be necessary to
amend said Cooperation Agreement as follows:
" (g) To carry out code enforcement on parcels 176,
540, 300, 301, 648, and 1071, that were originally
scheduled for acquisition by the Authority, but
which have subsequently been deleted in the
Revised Urban Renewal Plan for the High Strect
Urban Renewal Project, ARK R-6, dated June 13,
1972.fl;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Amendment to the Cooperation Agreement
attached hereto as a part hereof, be and hereby is approved for and
on behalf of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they hereby
are, authorized to execute an Amendment to the Cooperation Agreement,
dated November 21, 1960, as amended September 17 , 1963 , by and between
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the Housing Authority of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the execution of the High Street
Urban Renewal Project, ARK R-6.

AMENDMENT
to the
COOPERATION AGREEMENT
by and between
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
and
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
(Re: High Street Urban Renewal Project, ARK R-6)
On this 13th day of June, 1972, pursuant to Resolution No. 4,804 ,
' adopted by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 6th day of June,
1972, and pursuant to Resolution No. , adopted by the Housing
Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 13th day of
June, 1972, it is hereby agreed by and between the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
that Sub-section (g) , Paragraph 1, Page 3 , be added to the Cooperation
Agreement dated November 21, 1960, and as amended, be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
" (g) To carry out code enforcement on parcels 176, 540, 300,
301, 648, and 1071, that were originally scheduled for
acquisition by the Authority but which have subsequently been
deleted in the Revised Urban Renewal Plan for the High Street
Urban Renewal Project, ARK R-6, dated June 13 , 1972.TT
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Authority and the City have caused this
Amendment to be executed by their duly authorized officers as of the
day and year first above written.
