A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO MAKE AND FILE APPLICATION WITH THE
ARKANSAS COMMISSION ON CRIME AND LAW ENFORCEMENT
FOR FUNDS TO HELP PROVIDE CONTINUING EDUCATION
FOR A MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to make
and file application with the Arkansas Commission on Crime and
Law Enforcement for funds to provide continuing education under
Project funds (E-3) for a Little Rock Municipal Judge.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
