A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
MAKE AND FILE APPLICATION WITH THE ARKANSAS
COMMISSION ON CRIME AND LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR
FUNDS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL IN THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to make
and file application with the Arkansas Commission on Crime and
Law Enforcement for additional funds in the amount of $50 ,000 . 00
under Project 71-401L to provide additional personnel for the
Police Department. Local share of said Grant Project shall be
$34 ,718. 00 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
