A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTION COMMISSION
AND TO THE BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr. Basil Butler is hereby reappointed to serve
as a member of the Advertisement and Promotion Commission for a four
year term, said term to expire May 1 , 1976 .
SECTION 2 . Mr. Bill J. Miller is hereby reappointed to serve
as a member of the Building Code Board of Appeals for a three year
term, said term to expire May 12 , 1975 .
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
