RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE
DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
AN UNUSED STREET.
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 20th day of April
1972 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of
the street described as :
A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 11, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows : Beginning
at a point on the South line of the Twelfth Street Pike, 348
feet West, as measured along said Pike, of the East line of
said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, thence South
to the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter, thence East approximately 18 feet, thence North to
a point on the South line of the Twelfth Street Pike, which
is 330 feet West of the East line of said Northwest Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter as measured along the line of said
highway, thence West 18 feet along the South line of said
highway to the point of beginning.
Now appearing of record in Chancery Book 118, Page 86, in the
office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, how-
ever, to any public utility easements located in said Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TI RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o ' clock P.M. , on the 20th day of June , 1972 .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in
the City of Little Rock.
