RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A PLATTED
UNNAMED ALLEY.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 24th day of
March , 1972, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon a portion of a platted alley described as follows,
to-wit :
That portion of an unnamed alley lying between Lots 10 and
11 and 14 and 15 , Block 26 , Factoria Third Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record
in Plat Book 1, Page 248, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, which portion of said alley is described with
particularity above .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o ' clock
p.m. , on the 20th day of June , 1972.
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pu]aski County, Arkansas , and having general circulation in the City
of Little Rock.
