A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF
FRANK WHITBECK AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS OF THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
WATER WORKS
The term of Lawson L. Delony as a member of the
Board of Commissioners of the Little Rock Municipal Water
Works will expire October 31, 1973, but on March 30, 1972,
he submitted his written resignation to take effect May 1,
1972. Martin Borchert and H. J. Burford, the remaining members
of the Board of Commissioners, by resolution adopted April
18 , 1972, have appointed Frank Whitbeck to serve the
remainder of the term of Lawson L. Delony, subject to the
approval of two-thirds of the duly elected and qualified
members of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock;
Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the appointment of Frank Whitbeck
as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Little Rock
Municipal Water Works, for a term to commence May 1, 1972,
and to expire October 31, 1973, is hereby approved.
ADOPTED: April 18 , 1972.
