A RESOLUTION REPROGRAMMING FUNDS FROM CERTAIN
MODEL CITIES 1ST YEAR PROJECTS TO THE 1ST YEAR
DRAINAGE PROJECT AND THE 1ST YEAR BLACK ARTS
PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The total sum of $27 ,000.00 is hereby reprogrammed
and transferred from the following Model Cities 1st Year Projects
of which the sum of $25 ,000 . 00 shall be allocated and reprogrammed
to the Model Cities 1st Year Drainage Project and the sum' of $2 ,000. 00
is reprogrammed and allocated to the 1st Year Black Arts Project and
used to pay the salary of Earl Billings through June 30 , 1972 :

a. Environmental Appearance Project $9 ,830. 00
b. Pilot Housing Project $9 ,755. 00
c. CDA Letter No. 11 $7,415. 00
Total Funds Reprogrammed $ 27 ,000 . 00
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
