A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND WARD SUPPLY DIVISION OF
NATIONAL ALUMINUM CORPORATION WHEREIN THE CITY
WOULD FURNISH LIMITED FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk, acting for and on
behalf of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to Ordi-
nance No. 10 ,750 , are hereby authorized to execute that certain
contract between the City of Little Rock and Ward Supply Division
of National Aluminum Corporation, which contract is attached
hereto and made a part hereof the same as though set out herein
word for word, whereby the City of Little Rock under the conditions
therein set forth will furnish limited fire fighting equipment
and service to said company.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
