A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR
INTERGOVERNMENTAL PERSONNEL ACT DISCRETIONARY
FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager, acting for and on behalf of
the City of Little Rock is hereby authorized to prepare and
file an application with the United States Civil :Service Com-
mission for Grant Funds for Intergovernrnental Personnel Act
Discretionary Funds to be used for training and orientation
purposes in the City of Little Rock. The application should
request the funds in the amount of $12 ,172 . 00 as the Federal
share of the total project cost of $18,552 .00 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
