A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO MAKE APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK TO THE COMMISSION ON CRIME
AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS
FOR A GRANT OF FEDERAL FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE
OF PURCHASING POLICE TRAINING EQUIPMENT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed acting for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock
to execute and make application with the Commission on Crime
and Law Enforcement of the State of Arkansas for federal funds
in the amount of Seven thousand, eight hundred and sixty-six
($7 , 866 . 00) dollars to be used for the purpose of purchasing
various and sundry police training equipment.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
