A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT A GRANT FROM THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF
OUTDOOR RECREATION TO DEFRAY COST OF INTERSTATE PARK
SITE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute any and all documents and instruments necessary to
effectuate acceptance of grant funds from the Federal Bureau of
Outdoor Recreation to be used in the development of interstate
park site , Arkansas Project No. 05-00088 , which funds are made
available through the Planning Commission of the State of Arkansas.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
