A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION DEEDS TO
CERTAIN LANDS TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF
A PUBLIC STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTIORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts a Dedication
Deed from George L. McCroskey, Jr. and Henrietta McCroskey , his wife
and two (2) Dedication Deeds from George L. McCroskey and Esther L.
McCroskey, his wife , to certain lands to be used for the purposes of
a public street and the installation and maintenance of public utilities,
to-wit :
GRANTORS : George L. McCroskey, Jr. and Henrietta McCroskey, his wife.
Description : A 10 foot wide right-of-way in the SW4, SW4 ,
Section 30 , T-1-N, R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas , more
particularly described as follows : The East 10 feet of the
West 40 feet of the North 191. 6 feet of the South 495 feet.
GRANTORS : George L. McCroskey and Esther Lee McCroskey, his wife.
Description: A 10 foot wide right-of-way in the SW4, SW4,
Section 30 , T-1-N, R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas , more
particularly described as follows : The East 10 feet of the
West 40 feet of the North 253 . 4 feet of the South 303 . 4 feet.
GRANTORS : George L. McCroskey and Esther Lee McCroskey, his wife.
Description : A 10 foot wide right-of-way in the E2 , SE4 , SE4 ,
Section 25 , T-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas , more
particularly described as follows : That portion of Tract 4 , Home
Acres , as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2 , page 144 , that lies
in the West 10 feet of the East 40 feet of Section 25 . (for Geyer-
Springs Road)
A 10 foot wide right-of-way in the East 2, SE4, SE4 Section 25 ,
T-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas , more particularly
described as follows : That portion of Tract 4 , Home Acres as
per plat recorded in Plat Book 2 , page 144 , except the West 450
feet thereof that lies in the North 10 feet of the South 30 feet
of Section 25 . (For Forbing Road)
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
