A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR
PLASTER WORK TO BE DONE AT THE LITTLE
ROCK ZOO; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for plaster work
to be done on the 3rd entrance structure at the Little Rock
Zoo; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bidder has
been determined and it is the desire of the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock to award a contract to the lowest
responsible and responsive bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The lowest responsive and responsible bid on
a contract to do plaster work at the Little Rock Zoo is hereby
accepted and a contract awarded to Reimer Plastering Company,
Inc. of North Little Rock in the amount of $8, 500 .00 .
SECTION 2 . The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant
or warrants upon completion of the above named plaster work,
complying in all respects with bidding specifications, in payment
of same.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
