A RESOLUTION RENEWING FOR THE YEAR 1972
AMBULANCE SERVICE OPERATORS FRANCHISE OF
A-1 AMBULANCE SERVICE, INC. , WITHIN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AUTHORIZING THE
ISSUANCE OF THE NECESSARY PERMIT; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, A-1 Ambulance Service, Inc. , has applied for renewal
of its ambulance service operators franchise for 1972 within the
City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the said A-1 Ambulance Service, Inc. , has complied
with all provisions of the Code of Ordinances pertaining to renewal
of said franchise; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to renew
the franchise for A-1 Ambulance Service, Inc. , for the year 19720
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The franchise heretofore awarded to A-1 Ambulance
Service, Inc. as an ambulance service operator in the City of Little
Rock is hereby renewed for the year 1972
SECTION 2 , This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
