A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
PARKING GARAGE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS ,
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
for and on behalf of the City change orders No. 2, 3, and 6 for the
construction of the Little Rock Municipal Parking Garage for the
purpose and in the dollar amounts respectively set forth as follows:
Change Order No. 2 . Removing the concrete incased electrical
duct from Conway Street at an additional cost to the owner of
$598.00.
Change Order No. 3 . Reduction of the Sump Pump Pit Depth which
reduces the cost to the owner in the sum of $670 .00 .
Change Order No. 6. Add 17 Piers ajacent to the Robinson
Auditorium at an additional cost to the owner of $5, 630.00.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
