RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS IN PINE CREST ADDITION, AND STREETS
AND ALLEYS IN WEST END SUBDIVISION, A . M. BELL'S SUBDIVISION, AND
JOSEPHINE PANKEY 'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 21st day of December ,
1971, asking the Board of Directors to vacate certain streets
and alleys in Pine Crest Addition, and Streets and Alleys in West
End Subdivision, A. M. Bell 's Subdivision, and Josephine Pankey 's
Second Addition, to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as desig-
nated on the Plats of said Subdivisions, in the Office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any
public utility easements located in said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION I . The hearing on said Petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o 'clock P.M. , on the 15th day of February , 1972 .
SECTION II . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by pub-
lication once a week for two (2) weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation
in the City of Little Rock.
