A RESOLUTION REPROGRAMMING MODEL CITIES FUNDS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of $14,000.00 reprogrammed under Section 2 of
Resolution No. 4683, adopted November 2, 1971 from various Model Cities
First Year Project accounts to Model Cities Second Year Day Care Center
Project is hereby cancelled and the said sum of $14,000.00 is hereby
reprogrammed from those First Year Project accounts identified in said
Resolution No. 4683, to Model Cities Career Opportunity Program First
Year Account.
SECTION 2. The sum of $14,000.00 is hereby reprogrammed from the
Second Year Career Opportunity Program to the Second Year Day Care Center
Project to be used to provide relocatable classrooms.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
