A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO CROMWELL,
NEYLAND, TRUEMPER, MILLETT & GATCHELL,
ARCHITECTS, FOR SUPERVISION OF THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE UNDERGROUND PARKING GARAGE NOW UNDER
CONSTRUCTION; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR SUCH
SERVICES ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk together with the Chairman
and Secretary of the Little Rock Municipal Parking Authority acting
for the City of Little Rock and the Little Rock Municipal Parking
Authority, are hereby authorized to execute a contract with Cromwell,
Neyland, Truemper, Millett & Gatchell, Architects, providing for
the latter to render architectual supervision of the construction
of the municipal undergrcun3 parking garage in connection with the
Convention Center Complex now under construction immediately East
of the Little Rock Municipal Auditorium. It is understood and
agreed that the maximum consideration for these services shall be
$10, 000.00 per year to be divided between the Little Rock Housing
Authority paying 37% and the Little Rock Municipal Parking
Authority funds paying 63%.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
