RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS SETTING
THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO
VACATE A PORTION OF WEST 24th STREET LYING
BETWEEN WOODROW AND BOOKER STREETS AND THE
ALLEY IN BLOCK 1 OF C. E. GALLAGHER'S ADDITION
LYING BETWEEN BOOKER AND WOODROW STREETS.
WHEREAS, Petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the / ' t!i day
of November, 1971, requesting the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon that portion of West 24th Street lying between Woodrow
and Booker Streets and the alley running East and West in Block
1 of C. E. Gallagher' s Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, same being located between Woodrow and Booker Streets,
as designated on the plat of C. E. Gallagher's Addition now
Topearing of record in Deed Book 77 , page 428 , iii the
Office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, subject, however to any public utility caserents located
in said street and alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOAPD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7:30 o ' clock P.M. on the 7th day of December, 1971.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publi-
cation once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas and having general circula-
tion in the City of Little Rock.
