A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE WITH
THE FEDERAL UNIFORM RELOCATION ASSISTANCE
AND REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION POLICY ACT OF
1970; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager acting for and on 'behalf of
the City of Little Rock is hereby authorized to execute a
certificate of compliance with the Federal Uniform Relocation
Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policy Act of 1970
provided such certificate is conditioned as to the City' s
financial commitments, if any, to be paid and satisfied from
funds other than public tax monies of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
