A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO
MOISE SELIGMAN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A CONCRETE PORCH ON A PORTION OF LOT 12 ,
BLOCK 7 , FAUST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Moise Seligman is hereby granted a franchise
for the construction of a concrete porch in a portion of the
right-of-way for Schiller Street adjacent to Lot 12 , Block 7 ,
Faust Addition, more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 12 , Block 7
of the Faust Addition to the City of Little
Rock; thence 8 ' to a point in the right-of-way
of Schiller Street; thence N 50 . 4 ' to a point;
thence W 8 ' to the NE corner of said Lot 12 , Block 7 ,
Faust Addition; thence S 50 . 4 ' to the point of
beginning.
SECTION 2 . The improvements made pursuant to this franchise
shall be in accordance with plans and specifications to be sub-
mitted to and approved by an authorized representative of the
City of Little Rock prior to the commencement of said construction.
SECTION 3. By acceptance of this franchise and the making
of the improvements herein authorized the Franchisee and/or his
successors and assigns agree and shall be forever bound to remove
and relocate the improvements made and herein authorized at his
or their sole expense when in the judgment of the City of Little
Rock such right-of-way is needed for any public purpose.
SECTION 4 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
