A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO GALBRAITH
& GREEN INCORPORATED OF ARKANSAS , EMPLOYEE
BENEFIT CONSULTANTS AND ADMINISTRATORS , FOR
CONSULTING SERVICES CONCERNING THE CITY
HOSPITALIZATION AND LIFE INSURANCE PLANS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. A contract is hereby awarded to Galbraith &
Green Incorporated of Arkansas, Employee Benefit Consultants
and Administrators, for consulting services and recommendations
concerning the hospitalization and life insurance plans of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas; said services are to be performed
for the amount of $750,00
SECTION 2, Upon completion of said services to the satisfaction
of the City Manager , the City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant or
warrants in payment of said contract price.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
