HomeMy WebLinkAbout4590 RESOLUTION NO, 4,590 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE LETTER PETITION TO VACATE JANE STREET BETWEEN ASHER AVENUE AND 33rd STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS WHEREAS, a letter petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 4th day of May, 1971, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of Jane Street from Asher Avenue to 33rd Street situated between the east side of Lot 10 of Toska Leymer's Subdivision and the west side of Lots 6 and 7, Block 2 of the Intercity Addition to the City of Little Rock, as designated on the Plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book No. 2 at page 98 in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on the 6th day of July , 1971. SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
